Fair use policy
Unlimited covers everything a person or team transcribes in their day-to-day work. We set the fair-use threshold far above what our heaviest normal user does in a month, and we will tell you if you are ever getting close. Paid plans are never interrupted and never billed per minute. Two things sit outside fair use: bulk archive projects (you already know the number of hours before you subscribe) and continuous 24/7 feeds. For those, talk to us about Business or Enterprise and we will quote it straight.
Our unlimited promise
- No monthly meter. There is no minute allowance to watch on Pro or Business.
- No throttle wall. Your jobs are never blocked and never stopped mid-cycle.
- No hidden plan you find out about in a support ticket.
- If your usage is ever heavy enough to affect the shared queue, we tell you first, and nothing changes without your say.
How it works
- Day-to-day work, even heavy weeks, runs at full speed. That is what the plans are built for.
- In extreme cases, think continuous 24/7 bulk uploads, jobs may run at lower priority during peak hours. They always finish.
- If you are ever getting close to unusual volume, we warn you in the app well before anything changes.
