Enterprise
Transcription sized to your contract, not to a seat count
Realtime transcription in beta, API limits and SLAs set in your agreement, custom features, integrations into your stack, and a dedicated deployment in your region on request. You tell us what you need; we answer with a written quote.

What Enterprise adds
On top of everything in the self-serve plans: speaker labels, timestamps (word-level in 11languages), chapters, summaries, cited Q&A, subtitles, the API and the MCP server.
Realtime transcription (beta)
Live transcription for calls, events and streams, run by a third-party provider while it is in beta. We scope it into a pilot so you can measure it on your own audio.
Custom API limits and SLAs
Concurrency and fair-use windows sized to your volume. 12 h per file is the pipeline maximum; each plan's own file cap (table below) applies first, and direct uploads are capped at 1 GB. Uptime and support terms are set in the Enterprise agreement.
Custom features
A field your workflow needs, an export format, a summary shaped for your team. We build it when it fits the product and write the scope down first.
Integrations into your stack
REST API with signed webhooks, an MCP server for AI agents, and n8n or Zapier flows through the API. We help wire it into the tools you already run.
Dedicated deployment in your region
Available on request, scoped and priced in your agreement. Today every processing stage runs on trusted third-party providers.
Volume pricing
One written quote for the hours you expect, instead of seats and minute pools. Pricing as set in your agreement.
Self-serve or Enterprise?
Most teams do not need Enterprise. If the left column describes you, a plan is faster and cheaper.
A self-serve plan fits if
- One person or a small team transcribing files and links
- You want to start today: $3 signup credit, no card required
- Pay as you go at $1 per audio hour, or unlimited plans from $9/mo
- The API and MCP server on every plan are enough for your automation
Talk to us about Enterprise if you need
- Concurrency or fair-use windows beyond the Business plan, or files up to 12 h
- Realtime transcription as part of the rollout
- A contract: SLAs, a DPA, or SSO scoped into the agreement
- A dedicated deployment in a region you choose
| Plan | Concurrent jobs | Longest file | Fair-use minutes per rolling 6 h |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1 | 120 min | 120 |
| Pro | 3 | 5 h | 360 |
| Business | 15 | 10 h | 1,200 |
| Enterprise | 50+ | 12 h | Custom |

Frequently asked questions
What does Transcribe.so Enterprise include?
Whatever your agreement scopes: realtime transcription (beta), API limits and SLAs set in the agreement, custom features, integrations into your stack, volume pricing, and dedicated deployment in your region on request. Everything on the self-serve plans is included too: speaker labels, timestamps (sentence-level in every language, word-level in 11), chapters, summaries, cited Q&A, subtitles, the API and the MCP server.
Is realtime transcription available?
Yes, in beta. Live transcription is run by a third-party provider while it is in beta, so we scope it into a paid pilot and measure it on your audio before it goes into an agreement.
Can you run a dedicated deployment in our region?
Dedicated deployment in your region is available on request, scoped and priced in your agreement. Today every processing stage runs on trusted third-party providers acting on our behalf. Tell us the region and the volume and we will reply with a written scope.
Do you offer SSO and team seats?
Not on the self-serve plans today. SSO can be scoped into an Enterprise agreement; tell us your identity provider and the number of users.
Do you train AI models on our recordings?
No. We do not use your content to train AI models unless you opt in, and the third-party providers that process audio and text on our behalf do not use your files to train AI models. The Privacy Policy describes what each kind of provider receives and how long it keeps it.
How is Enterprise priced?
With a written quote based on your volume and scope, starting with a paid pilot. Pricing is as set in your agreement.
What SLAs do you offer?
Uptime, support response and capacity commitments are set in the Enterprise agreement, sized to what you actually need.
Can we try it before we talk to you?
Yes. New accounts get $3 in free credit, so you can try it on your own audio with no card required. That covers a few hours at $1 per audio hour, and the API is on every plan.
